A busy, warmly lit café dining room with hanging pendant lamps

Breakfast · Lunch · Slow coffee

Mountain mornings start by the fire.

Wood-fired breakfasts, house-baked pastries and coffee pulled slow. Pull up a chair, the kettle’s on.

Cooked over oak and piñon

Our griddle and oven run on split hardwood, so breakfast tastes a little like a campfire.

Small-batch coffee

Beans roasted twice a week, pulled as espresso or poured over by hand.

Baked before sunrise

Croissants, cinnamon knots and sourdough out of the oven by 7.
